Enjoy the combination of good art and good music in an extraordinary presentation space at their spring, summer and fall art exhibitions. UnPlugged in Red Hook is a series of Sunday afternoon concerts that include jazz, folk and classical performances. The wide variety of musical genres is united by one common element – the musicians perform without the aid of electronics. The series is an opportunity to hear local and world renowned performers up close and personal. In the Screening Room is a series of free Saturday afternoon programs screening the work of contemporary independent, filmmakers. Experimental, underground documentaries, animation films and music videos are all included, often with a talk-back with by the filmmaker. In addition, BWAC offers an Annual Red Hook Film Festival, a Brooklyn Craft Festival, an Annual Outdoor Sculpture Show and an Annual Art Show.
